The recent PhilNITS Exam for Fundamental IT Engineers (FE) was expectedly the opposite of easy. It was held on April 26 at Holy Name University. As far as I can remember, the part two which was programming consisted of these analogies: flowchart analysis, binary tree, C / Java programming analysis, and network topology. The part one was pure objective. There was the proxy (where i answered firewall, grrr!), waterfall method, phishing, and lots of more. There were only five examinees from CVSCAFT-TCC: Jey boy, Randy, Jezreel, Jeansen and me. The total examinees were around 20-25. not sure though.
Good Luck to all of us! Whoever may pass the said exam, they truly deserve it. The results will come out after 2-3 months the exam.

The five of us waiting for the part two of the exam to start. A kind lady took this shot. She was also an examinee. Randy, as always, is taken a stolen shot. Guess who took the pic? Oiiiiii! hehehe..

What is PhilNITS?
Formerly called JITSE, PhilNITS is given twice a year to IT professionals and newbies alike. It was supposedly made to be the Board Exam for Information Technology courses but the Japanese government declined due to leakage issues as rumored. Actually, there are two exams: FE and SW. SW are given to those Software Engineers and IT professionals who already hold relevant jobs in IT.
